I need help with changing date and time on Ricoh Aficio 200.

thank you for trying, but this is Ricoh Aficio 200.
There is two buttons above numeric keys 1,2,3 it is "Program" & "Clear Modes/Energy Saver"

GuideInstructions for 1013F are as follows:
above the blue numeric keys 2/3 there is a button with a small box with 123 in it this takes you in and brings you out of the USER TOOLS MENU.
Press user tool button once...user menu on display
use right arrow key...press3x..Fax Feature..press ok
right arrow2x..ok
again right arrow2x.ok....DATE/TIME on disply .ok
change then ok it once done exit by the 1st button you started with...USER TOOL BUTTON. all the best....

Hi again,
have old machine but without fax add-on.
Have got instructions but not totally clear.
press user tools button on top left of keyboard,On display press button below FAX on display.Takes you to fax features....you are looking for Key op settings, press the next key on display?? hopefully it says Key ops..Enter function No for key ops and press the # key within 3 secs.the function No of user tool is No. 17 but you can also scroll using next/next next etc.punch in 17? it should allow you to change date and time,
if you want to scroll use arrows right or left.If you enter a date it is set automatically....press previous menu,user tools to exit out..
