Question about Dell Precision T5500 Computer Workstation PC Desktop
Which slot to install mem upgrad 4g
If you're going to add a single 4gb stick, the next slot in line is fine, same if you replace all the modules, simply work from dimm 1 to 6(with an optional riser). If you're using quad link ram, then you skip a row between each slot unless you have atleast 4 sticks in a row of the same size. If not & you put them all in a row then front side bus drops to 800mhz & you lose the triple channel effect.

it is not usually possible to upgrade the graphics card on a laptop. as the graphics chips are on the motherboard. and they do not usually have a graphics card slot.
some (quite recent) laptops have a graphics express slot which does allow for them to be upgraded.
most often you find that laptop graphics chips share mem with the main RAM (allocated) this is controlled in the BIOS(Setup) and it may be possible to increase the allocation of memory there,
but I'm sorry to say for most laptops there is no upgrade (flexibility is traded for portability)
the 5002WLMI does not appear to have a grpahics express slot, however you may be able to increase the mem allocation in the BIOS (as it does use allocateable shared memory)
