Question about Dell E193FPC 19" TFT LCD Flat Panel Monitor
The problem is actually in the CPU and not in the Ram
This happens due to dust in the Ram .In order to fix the problem try removing the Ram from the slot and fix again after cleaning the Ram and the Ram slot .
If the problem persists try resetting the Bios by removing battery.
