Question about Dell E193FPC 19" TFT LCD Flat Panel Monitor

Monitor will not start up on off switch is blinking

    Cleaned out all duct and cleaned off the ram. Still no response. The on / off button just blinks evry 5 seconds or so, screen is black even when unplugged then plugged back in. Is ther a way to reset the monitor???

The problem is actually in the CPU and not in the Ram

This happens due to dust in the Ram .In order to fix the problem try removing the Ram from the slot and fix again after cleaning the Ram and the Ram slot .
If the problem persists try resetting the Bios by removing battery.

Samsung 56V, difficult to switch on the monitor


check the capacitors inside the monitor, as they may be broken, and they start screen up, just change em and it should kickstart fine

Check SDL,SCL Path and It's related parts(Neck board PCB 2 MICOM)
check Output Voltages of SMPS
And also check dry points.
