There are probably a thousand answers to that one. It's hard to answer that without more details. Did you just install Vista from scratch? Has it been on there before and was it running fine? Did you try to reinstall it? If so, how did you do it? Are you upgrading? How much memory do you have in your computer? Does your hard drive have a lot of room on it still? etc. etc.

you have so many options to resolve this.

  •  scan your c drive for viruses or malwares
  • end your unwanted files on task manager
  • check your hardware configuration
  • increase your ram speed.

please, you just specify the exact configuration of your pc and needs. then only, we have to resolve this issue as better.

Temperture guage not moving staying down engine service urgent message

This sounds like a module/gauge defect but you will need to connect to a diagnostic computer to be sure. In saying this I am assuming you have got a full cooling systerm! Silly I know but I have seen it happen when there is an airlock in the systerm.

My systerm files is missing

Go to the iRiver website, and see about getting a firmware upgrade. Most mp3 player companies can not restore the player's software using a firmware upgrade or reload, but some of them can. Once the system files are missing/deleted, if the firmware upgrade/reload does not resolve the problem, then the player is history. Hopefully, iRiver's upgrade will resolve that issue. Good luck!
