QuickTime is causing the problem. Try uninstalling it, reboot and reinstall and reboot again.

What is this? is it poping while booting the desktop, or while accesing windows explorer.....try to login to safe mode... does the problem appears there 2?
if not, make a new user, and try again in normal mode.
