Phone constantly shuts off even with full charge, & no obvious reason, how to determine cause?

Your problem can be a number of things like a bad battery, phone virus or defective phone. The first thing i would try is a soft reset and if that doesnt work id try a hard reset wich will return the divice to a factory state. WARNING a hard rest will erase everything so make sure to backup any saved data and remove memory card.
If those methods dont work then simply have your phone replaced through insurance that is provided to you through your service provider.

My samsung transform ultra shuts down for no reason.. replaced battery. Even replaced phone.. new one does it too. I won't even be using it when it jus shuts off.. why? How can I fix it?

Could it be the screen saver is activating, blanking the screen, so that it reduces battery consumption? Try going into your phone settings and adjust the screen saver.

My phone randomly shuts off

Hello,

The reason your phone randomly shuts off is because it is having a minor software problem.

To fix this, all you have to do is to get the appropriate cable and software, then flash the phone.

Another fault that most likely be the irregularity of the phone is that the battery might be failing.

To fix this, all you have to do is to secure that the battery is well packed.

Make sure you do not have too many files on your phone, because it also could constitute to making the phone go off randomly.

Take care

Nokia 3555b shuts off for no reason

CAUSE:The Nokia's problem of shutting off is a design flaw. The tension in the spring at the positive contact is too low to keep the battery in contact with the negative pole.

SOLUTION:Just  wedge a small piece of paper between the actual phone and the positive side of the battery(not between the contact) .This will prevent the battery from shifting away from the negative pole which causes the phone to shut off...
Hope this helps.
