Question about Kitchen Ranges
The clicking noise is usually caused by a faulty control board . If the model has a relay board (power board), this must also be tested.
All you can do as an user is tripping the circuit breaker to disconnect power for a couple of minutes. This will drain power from control circuits and can fix a jammed control board.
If that does not work, then the control circuit must be replaced or repaired at component level.
