try to head clean your printer.. follow this steps 1.click start 2.than click printers&faxes 3.right click on hp deskjet printer logo 4.select printing preference tab 5. click on maintenance 6. click on head clean do it once and try to print some picture with best quality print setting.. and than try to print normaly again.. repeat the steps until the printer normal. hope this help..
sounds like clogged print heads. do a clean print heads, then a test page, and see how that goes. Like a sink that gets clogged, when it's not used, print heads need exercise, otherwise, they can get some gunk on them, and no more printing.
