Hello, this is message that the copier did certain amount of copies and it needs to be cleaned and ispected. The purpose of preventive maintenace is to stop or reduce problems before they occure. In most cases they occure when you need the copier urgently.
This can be reseted in simulation mode, but I recommend to get service technician to service the copier.

you did service the machine or e technician which is trained to do the service because if the machine was service by a technician this would haven't happened, but this is not important now, the call service man is still indicating because after the service in the service mode the pm counter have not been reset, so if you have a good copy then there is no problem
To reset maintenance codes requires going into service mode. This should only be done by an authorized trained technician as changing or adjusting something in this mode could create all sorts of problems you dont want to deal with.
