Trying to copy wordsmart disc to my computer and then to another disc. i have copied all the files and the discs are identical, excecpt now the copy won't exe. it says it requires a version of adobe air...

That's not the way to copy the CD/DVD Disc ie, 1:1, the method you use is not the correct right way to do it. Do you mean that you want to make a clone CD/DVD out from original CD/DVD?

First you must install a software, ie, imgburn, cloneCD,...etc..., to make an image file from your Original CD/DVD and then you burn the image file to a CDR/DVD Disc. If your Original CD/DVD, ie. copyright proctected with a security device, you may not be able to make a cloned copy.

Hope it helps.

what kind of burner?what kind of computer?windows media player is not the way to go.install some burning software, such as nero,or roxio,i dont use anyhing but nero personally, learned from experience, its one of the best ,also look what manufacturer makes your optical drive, there are two groups, for example sony and all their affiliates use the +R's,and pioneer and their affilliats use the -R's,this is just an example,i used to have a list of whitch one were whitch, but it was long ago, some combo drives read both, but only wright one or the other, check the specks on yours to learn is capeabilities,if you install nero it will tell you what it can read and what it can wright, hope this helps, aloha from maui todd0708
