Question about Dell Optiplex GX280 (99301) Motherboard
Welcome im from poland. I've change Hard disc because old was dead. When I change disc the power button start to blink an yellow and computer dosent start sorry for my bad english please help

Hiiiii please check your hard disc data cable. and also check *********** board support the hard disk.

This sounds like a powersupply problem. The way to know for sure would be to hook a tester up to it.
If you do not have access to a powersupply tester you can use the trick here-.
You can order new power supplies online, I would recommend newegg. When ordering a new power supply you have to make sure the wattage is equal to or more than existing, and that it has all the necessary connections for your motherboard and drives.
