Im not sure I understand the question so please excuse me. You can buy a toilet seat, and they usually attach to the toilet bowl. If the porceline that the seat is attached to is broken then the bowl will most likely need to be replaced. Most of the time you can replace the toilet cheaper than just replacing the bowl.
