Doesn't show up on my desktop!

i'm running mac leopard and it worked fine last week. I plug it in now and it doesn't show up on my desktoop. I have checked the cable and computer port with other drives and they work fine. The OWC is getting power and turns on. It hasn't moved since i last used it. Any thoughts??
