No it is not a major fault.
You can plug the key again pressing it steadily with the PC OFF until you hear a small clik.
If instead your keyboard has a kind of little plastic hooks on the 4 sides of the loose key you can buy the missing letter/layout from the Toshiba Shop for few cents each. If the shipping cost is high you can still change the full keyboard (if you know how to open the Laptop)
