Stepper motor control accrding to counter input by MCU 89c8051

Dear I have two feeding pipes in a tank. One pipe feeds water and other pipe feeds chemical, now I want to control the damper of the chemical feeding pipe by means of stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller 89c8051 according to the flow of water which is flowing from the water feeding pipe, a counter meter is installed on the water feeding pipe.
I need the microcontroller program to conrol the chemical feeding damper by a stepper motor 0~90 degree.
You can suggest any type of stepper motor, I need the microcontroller program which counts the water feeding counter pulses and according to the counts, control the damper of chemical feeding by means of stepper motor (+) and (-).
I shall be very thankful to you.

Kind regards,
Asif.

SOURCE: decreased flow visable.

No they just stop, if your loosing flow it is from a block usually in the suction or quite often in the front of the pump the impeller will fill with stuff. A probe like a screwdriver and a set of needlenose pliers will fix this if you go in through the front of the pump.

SOURCE: water flow problem

You probally have some ice still in the feed line to the house. You may have to pull the pump and thaw the line. It should be in the very top of the line. You may be able to force hot air down the caseing. Or ifit is bad you might have to dig up the line from the well to the house and re wrap with heat tape. Good luck.

How do I install my hot water heater?

Youtube offers many videos of the water heater installation. Drain first with a garden hose. after turning off water and unplugging electric or shut off gas.

If changing to a tankless, remember they often require a larger vent pipe to the roof. 4" usually, not the 3" for tank water heaters. Local building codes may require a permit and a larger Gas feed pipe.
Also if you're going to use the old Pressure Relief Valve DO NOT test the valve by activating the little lever. Once used over time their internal seals weld onto the closed seat and tend to rip and leak if you test the valves function. Replace with new ( $15) if it's been operated. Most plumbers now use Braded Feed Lines from/to the Water sources, making future replacements easier. You might find the replacement Tank is not the same geometry as the old one, having longer braided feed lines helps when they are on opposite ends of the tank top and the original feed lines are copper and wont reach the new tank pipes or the tank gas starter door is on the back side requiring you to rotate the tank 180. If you're changing size, measure the width and height. It might not fit the old installation.

Fitting evo oil tankwith different pipes

There are 3 connections on the new tank. 1- feed/suction. 2- return. 3-breather. You should be able to look inside the tank and tell which is which. The 2 coming in the front botton is feed and return. The return should have a small tube sticking up inside the tank. The feed will not have a tube on it. The breather will be at the top of tank (if it is on the bottom it will also have a tube sticking up inside the tank.

How to drain71- 40 .where is drain need to replace hearer need to drain first. 50 gal

There is usually a spigot right at the base of the water heater. Thread a garden hose on the spigot and route the garden hose outside. Of course be sure to pull the power breaker first. After you are sure that the power is off, turn the spigot handle and let the water flow. Be sure that you turn the inlet valve off that is located on the top feed pipe. Be sure to turn the feed back on before you power up as this will ensure that the upper and lower calrods are covered before you power on.

Anti flood device has activated on my zanussi ZDF231,also there is quite aloud whirring sound ,like a motor struggling to work

The anti flood activates when water (even a small amount) appears on the bottom of the machiene. This is usualy a leaking pipe but can also be caused by a clogged pipe. Most machiens do have a plastic pipe that (from the flat water tank) feeds water to the bottom of the machiene in case of an internal fault. The anti flood is normaly a polystireen float with micro switch on the base of the washer. This automatically puts the outlet pump on to drain the water.
