Hello My machine is Canon iR2016 and i have problem with Paper Jam. I have problem when I copying more then one copy and i got a problem sometimes in the first 10 copys, sometime at 20th copy... Error...

Hello,
so, first, did you clean the vertical path roller? ( its a axis with two rollers beneath the paper registration sensor )
Second, when you open left cover, and paper guide plastic cover ( black ) there is also sensor flapper, that can be a quite of pain because slow reaction of spring on it. Apply wd40 on its spring and in left corner where he lays into bushing. To check flapper response, manually close the paper guide plastic, the sensor must be in middle position.
Also it can be the problem in paper pick up clutch and it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
But, also the problem can be separation claws in cassette ( metal claws that holds the paper ). From experience, the probably is sensor flapper or pick up clutch the problem.

Hope that helps!

When making copies, auto document feeder picks up paper and rollers squeal but paper gets stuck on underside. If you lift the lid about an inch the paper will feed through. HP Model L7780

open the top cover, on the very left there is a part that can be removed (running front to back) I believe you will see a scrap of paper iunder there. remove the paper, replace the part and try again

Canon pc 420 paper feeds only part way

I had the same problem. I found a parts diagram here http://techno-parts.org/canon/220/320_220.php which showed that the springs hold the bar down. On mine, on each side, one of the spring tabs was broken.

I made a metal pin for one side and insert a screw on the other. Be sure and wrap the spring over the nylon bushing.

Jamming paper at fuser. Paper try is pulling fine. Stops at Fuser

Open the fuser and look at the exit area. There should be little scrapers (pick off fingers). These are mostly spring loaded and rest on the upper fuser roller. If the spring or pressure level is missing or detached, the scraper /finger will hang in the paper path and catch the paper. There could be 4-6 scrapers. The main scrapers needed are the 2 ends and the middle. So if a spring is missing you could take the scraper/ finger out. **** MAKE SURE AS TO NOT SCRAPE THE FUSER ROLLER AS THIS WILL LEAVE A MARK ON EVERY COPY*****

ADF is the part where you out the papers to be picked up automatically to be copied.
Open the top and look inside there is a sensor that is either out of place, stuck or something on it. There should be a door on the adf and maybe on the bottom as well, lift it up as if making copies on the glass and look into the adf is there any foreign object there, do you see a small black lever (sensor), does it have a spring action when touched (gently)??
