If the ink cartridge is the same ink cartridge since you have pruchased it, it may have run out of ink or the ink cartridge is broken, that is the only two posible reason thats why you always recieve these messages, check can check the ink capacity through the hp utility tools, if the cartridge has run out of ink or it is broken you will need an ink cartridge replacement

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts
