Hi, my name is Elma, can you please tell me where to send my venturer pvs 1262 dvd player to get fixed? The battery is DEAD. It won't charge or anything. I just bought a new one, but this one is special, because I got it as a present from a loved one who past away recently. Thank You for any help you can provide.
