Line filter probably blown pictured on page 37. Troubleshooting starts on page 43 and suggests you check for a blown line filter. So what is a line filter and what is its function and why did it blow? A line filter sometimes called a transorber is a fusable link that keeps radio wave signals from spiking delicate electronic controls when water valves are turned on and off. Probably blew from sudsing conditions too much soap wrong soap etc. or a voltage spike of some sort. Electrical storm stuff like that.
