What have you done so far to troubleshoot?

First do a visual inspection - pay particular attention to the capacitors.

Let me know,
Thanks!

Break Channel...... Hey I just wanted to ask, how do I turn up the modulation on my RCI 2995 DX Ham radio? I am not talking about the mic gain. Inside the radio. Thanks in advance!!

For ham use which that DX model is for. the FM is preset and cannot be changed with adjustments. SSB andAM can be changed. But from factory should be good settings for amateur use.
