I can receive mail but I can't send mail
The most probable problem is that your e-mail accounts SMTP settings are incorrect. Check what the SMTP settings are supposed to be with your e-mail provider then update these in the account settings within Outlook Express. For more details on how to do this, feel free to contact me again.
