My LG front loader is showing an "FE" error. The water seems to continue running into the tub, leaking out the door.

Good morning

I looked this up to make sure I was thinking the right way. The FE means there is too much water in the machine... lol bet you already knew that. Since water is actually coming out of the machine it looks like a bad fill valve. The plastic piece your hot and cold water lines hook into is not shutting off all the way.

I hope this helps

We have Kitchenaid Dishwasher KUDP02FRSS1 that does not drain water fully after the normal wash + heat dry cycle. There is about 1 inch of standing water at the bottom of the tub. Pressing Cancel button in...

The situation is most likely linked to the previous cycle not being completed when you press the Cancel button. Most likely the controller is not timing correctly or the water is not heating enough.

Are the dishes hot at the end of the dry cycle?

Tub fills with water when not in use. Can't hear it running, but fills about a gallon overnight. I set it to spin and drain, it empties, next morning it has a gallon again.

your water solenoid valve is bad, unplug the unit and see if it still runs in about a gallon w/o the unit powered from the wall even if the unit is shut off, then you will know its a defective water valve

Doesn't fill with water - goes straight to agitation.

open the console and find the pressure switch. it has a clear hose attached to it. pull the hose off the switch and turn on the washer. if water starts to enter shut it off and blow through it back to the tub. some piece of junk may have plugged it causing the switch to "think" the tub is full of water. put the hos back on and run a short spin cycle to reset it and try again making sure to run a small load to see if it shuts off properly. if no water enters when hose is pulled off most likely bad pressure switch. keep the lid closed while doing these tests. some units wont work w/lid open.

Dishwasher tub leaks underneath

Hello. Anything is worth trying! But I would recommend epoxy. It works alot better with plastic and rubber items. Most of the leaks I have found in Kenmore machines are at the water pump. You may want to take a peek while it's running, just stay away from the wires!! Thanks!

Amana washer won't fill with water

1st I checked the power, compressor in garage had tripped the breaker to the washer circuit. This model has no bells or whistles to tell you if the power is on to the unit. Reset the breaker and unit works.
Thanks FixYa

Bath tube plumbing is making vibrating sound then shutting off

Replace the cartridge even if its new. The vibrating is from the internal workings of the stem. It also effects the volume of water.

good luck, Phil

Frigidaire FDB710LCS0 Dishwasher dial seems to stick?

I had the same problem. Turn the HIGH TEMP buttons off. Simply turning them off corrected this problem for me. Mine got stuck in two places and I had to manually turn the dials or the washer would run all night.
