Overloaded Inbox for Texting (by 2 users)

Please help each time i try to got to my Inbox to check messages my screen blanks out. I have 4 new text messages or pictures and I have 100 left in the box. The phone isn't allowing me to receive or check text messages. Can you please help! Thanks a million.

im having the same problem, the screen fades out and the phone then reboots, i only have a few messys in my inbox( 3 and 2 are unread because of this problem). only thing recently that i have done is installed telnav3.8 but i also uninstalled it thinking that was the problem and that didnt help.

My daughter is having same problem, she texts alot. you can access voice mail etc, but when you choose text message the screen fades out and the phone reboots. she only has 6 messages in the queue
