Question about Acer AL2016WBbd Monitor
On art pictures and videos, the resolution is perfect, which leads me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the monitor. However, on some applications (not Adobe) the black print and black lines and other resolutions seem washed out. Right now I seem to be looking at some cheesy looking photos on the left of this box. I have seen my friend's Dell monitor, and she does not have this problem. Can you explain this to me or fix it? I have a modest graphics card on this PC.

Your going to love this. Open control panel, open display. Click the settings tab. Click Advanced. Click the Monitor tab. Remove the check mark from "hide modes". Click the drop down menu & set it to 75 hertz. Click Apply & than ok. You are now back to the Settings window. At Screen resolution move the slide bar to more. Pick what you want. Again click Apply & than ok. Bingo there you are! Have a nice day.
