Question about Kidsline Sea Life Musical Mobile
When I was winding up the music box piece I heard a snap and now it won't play music. I unscrewed it to see what broke but I think the broken part must be inside the metal box I can't open. Will I have to take this to a repair shop? Or is there a KidsLine customer service phone number? Do you think they have a replacement music piece?
Same thing happened to me, but since we've been using it every night for two and a half years, I can't complain. However, my daughter is less than pleased with no music from her mobile at bedtime. I just submitted a query about a replacement part on the kidsline website through the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. Will post more when they respond. (http://www.kidsline.com)

Its likely to be a snaped main spring and to be honest its likely to cost more that its worth to get it fixed
