Hmmm...I'm assuming you are Service Pack compliant on your operating system? Check that first, then do the flash/shockwave shuffle.

I had the same problem on my school computer lab. I went the the McGraw-Hill techsupport site and found a solution that worked. It is a very easy process to do. Also, you could call the techsupport and they will help you.
