Question about Apple Mac OS X 10.4
Hi. Corrupted wallpaper file (.jpg) can cause the desktop pane crash. Please try this:
1. create a new folder on your desktop
2. cut all pictures in /Library/Desktop Pictures and paste it in the newly created folder (this is just for testing purposes only and you can move it back to its original location)
3. open desktop and screen saver pane.
lf you don't get the error, cut and paste the wallpaper pictures one by one and see which picture gives you the error.
If you still get the same error, let me know and will think of other possible solution.
Thanks for using FixYa.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
