200 watts is not enough power - try a 450 watt supply.

I HAVE DISASSEMBLED MY PC TO CLEAR IT OFF FOR DUST IT HAS ON ITS SMPS & MOTHERBOARD. AFTER CLEANING WITH CLOTH & SOME LITTLE AIR BLOW. I ASSEMBLED IT AGAIN AND PUT THE CONNECTIONS AS EARLIER....

I'm no proffessional but when I have this problem I first think what may have caused it. Since your fan starts and then stops the power supply must at least be working. So it may have been something like your static electricity confusing the motherboard or something weird like that. It could also be that you tried to boot it up with some connection with the negative plugged in the positive and visa versa...that shouldn't cause much of a problem but you may want to research your motherboard and make sure it has the safety mechanism.

Anyways, I think the best thing you can do is remove any extra memory ram sticks you have and unplug all USB and the PW SW and all that and even the main power supply and then plug it all back in. Good Luck

Power supply works but pc doesn't power up no lights and fans dont work

Have you checked the power supply in different system? If yes then first replace CMOS battery and switch the CMOS battery jumper. And while doing this please unplug the hard disk or optical drive data cables and power. If it does not work then check the power switch is working or not or it is perfectly connected with the front panel PINS on the motherboard. If it is not connected perfectly computer will not start after pressing power button.
Second Level Test : Remove the CPU Fan - replace the CPU perfectly - again place the Fan.

Third Level (motherboard test): Just take the motherboard removing CPU,RAM, SMPS - use another same type CPU, RAM and SMPS - if it does not work so it is motherboard problem. If it works may be CPU problem.

No any display in the monitor, no beep of the RAM while CPU fan is running

Check your power supply. It sounds like you have a bad power supply. Even though the computer powers up, it does not mean that it's good. I have had this problem before, and almost 9 out of 10 times the power supply had gone bad. Just try a different one and see. hope this helps you.
