Hi,the base of your phone has to be reset,to restore your phone back in a perfect working,this is how you do this;
Unplug the AC adapter from the back of the base
• Remove the backup battery from the base
• Press and hold both the do-not-disturb (dnd) key and the delete (ø) key.
• Keep holding them down while you plug in the AC adapter again.
• Wait until you hear a long beep.
• You can release the keys now.
• Unplug the base, replace the backup battery, and plug the base in again.
Now you’ve got a fully cleared base.

Thanks and take care

The antennas on both 1,2 are blinking how can i get them to stop and to connect to my phone line, and plus they say that no link.reconnect base ac adaptor? And how to reset them to work again?

When both handsets have the antenna symbols blinking the base set is not working. So check that part. It has nothing to do with the phone line, because the connection between base station and handset should also work without the line connected. Check the power supply of the base station or its cable. When you are 100% sure the power supply is giving the correct voltage and enoug current I'm affraid the base station is defect.

What is meant when screen says out of range

You will need to take your handset closer to the base because the signal is weak and out of range. Try locating the charging base in a more central location. If this doesn't work try this.
You can first try a Basic Reset.
A reset is done by following the below steps:
1. Disconnect the battery from handset(s)
2. Disconnect Phone Cord from wall jack
3. Disconnect Phone cord from base unit
4. Disconnect AC adapter from wall outlet
5. Allow to sit for 30 min
6. Reconnect Phone Cord to base
7. Reconnect Phone cord to wall jack
8. Reconnect AC Adapter to wall outlet
9. Reconnect battery into handset until you click or feel the plug snap into place
10. Re-Register Handset by placing on main base

Says No Link...Reconnect base AC Adapter

Disconnect the AC adapter from the unit, wait for 5 seconds, then reconnect. The plug may have become loose over time or not be fully inserted. If that does not work, try re- registering the handset.

One of the phones gives the message "No link to base. Reconnect main base AC adaptor.

If other phones are working with this base, then you may need to register the phone with the base. You will have to check your manual for how to do this. Some phones have it on their menu and some do it by simply placing the phone in the base unit. I'm not sure what model you have or how old your system is. Hope this helps. Good luck!

STILL SAYS "PLEASE REGISTER"

I think this may be the answer. With multiple handsets reading "Please register" and a "working" base station (w ith dial tone). If you bring the remote units to the base station and place them on hte base, they will register and stay registered after you return them to the remote base. It doesn't say this anywhere in the instructions as it gives you the impression the remotes will register from their own base.
