Replace the backlight or screen. If you look really closely in daylight you might be able to just see the screen. If you can vaguely see it, it's a backlight problem. Replace at any phone shop for £20. Takes them about 2 weeks to fix. Screen problem will take longer, and its cheaper to get a new phone! Say you didnt want to though it would take about 4 weeks because you would have to send it through a phone shop indirectly to a manufacturer. Would cost around £40!
bad battery maybe. try a new battery....or it could be your charger is loose and doesnt connect properly to your phone. if those dont help..send the phone in and have them send you a new one. hope this helps!
What i do is put a folded piece of paper on the battery so that there is more pressure applied to the battery when its inside the phone. You will require more effort to close the battery flap but it has proved successful so far. If it doesnt work then take it into a shop
i smashed my k850i screen in car door ordered a new one from hong kong 5 weeks later it turns up now im haveing hours of (fun) NOT, trying to change screen i undone the whole phone as much as i could but wont undo any more for me to change the screen any surgestions??? thanks many thanks
