Full of paper, not overloaded, no paper jam, sounds like tpulling paper but doesn't. While looking for on line troubleshooting, started printing my 2 pages that I needed. I tried to print again the two...

Remove the paper from the printer. Open the printer and remove the toner cartridge. Towards the back lower part of the machine is the paper feed tire. It is a gray rubber "wheel" and is on a metal bar that runs from side to side. Take a small cloth and dampen it with some glass cleaner. Clean the tire as best you can. May have to try and rotate it a bit to get to all of it. Then re-install the toner and reload the paper. If this works then great. If not it sounds like you may have a mechanical problem and will need service.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

Lexmark Optra T610 with a 241 Paper jam

First, the tires have to be put on in a certain direction. If you look at the side of the pick up tire..in the black hub area, you'll see a directional arrow. The tires have to be put on with that arrow pointing/following the direction/path the paper will travel.

Second, and you may need someone to assist you to make it easier. Remove the tray, on the inside left depress the bottom two metal looking tabs(these tell the printer the paper size). On the right side push the tab with the spring attached backwards. What you're doing here is tricking the printer into thinking the tray is inserted. With you assistant. or third hand, do a test print from the printer or i guess you could have someone send a print job to it. You're looking to see if the tires/pickup assembly is actually turning in the first place. If not..theres your problem, but since you have 2 doing the same thing I'm betting its the tires on in the wrong direction, or contaminated with toner that often sprinkles down on them. I work on a ton of these machines and 99% of the time a 241 error is the tires either worn smooth or put on in the wrong direction. Hope this helps!

Paper jam on my toshiba 2060 model

Exactly where in the machine does the paper jam??If it jams when you hit the print button, try cleaning the paper feed tires with WD40.spray it on a clean cloth, clean the feed and pickup tires thoroughly and make sure to get ALL of the WD40 off the tires before using the machine. If you take the paper cassette out and look with a flashight you should be able to identify the paper feed tires.

Paper feed catches on right side

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

PAPER JAM

Rotate tires. Pull out paper tray. Pull down on red low paper indicator at left bottom. Two rollers come down on axel near center. I pulled off the rubber tire like roller, then twisted the roller inside out and reinstalled it with the fresh side out.
If tires dry out again will probably buy new ones from ebay.

Printer won't stop jamming

sounds like your printer wants to form it's own three piece band(kidding here).

sounds like you rollers are dirty or have something on one or both of them..like tires on a slippery road, these need to be clean and dry.

Paper jams only while duplexing

Back door broken, diverter gate broken?
I would look for something like this. did the tech clean the duplexers tires??

I would also try a different duplexer if possible-paper path sensor may be dirty or obstructed
