Well depending how its fastened on there could be a couple different things to do. but no matter what take a jack and lift up the front. if its a c-ring get c-ring pliers and pull it off. then just slide it off. if it has a hexagon bolt take a socket or wrench take the bolt out and slide off the tire. hope this helps you

Need repair sequence for flat front tire on DLS 3500 Craftmans Riding lawnmower. Actually, just need to remove it and I will take to local tire repair shop for repair.

Go to your local auto parts store, purchase a tire plug kit, leave the tire on the machine, plug the tire per instructions (personnel at the auto store will explain the use of the kit to you) and pump up the tire.
When you are done, put the tire repair kit in your car.
These things are lifesavers, every car should have one.
Once you have done a few flats, you can do them with air still in the tire in about a minute.

Good luck, Gary

HOW do I remove a front tire of a Troy Bilt Lawn Tractor Model Series77T?

Hello,

On the front wheel is held on by an E clip, there is a large washer that a plastic cap is snapped onto. If you pry against the egde it will pop off, then remove the E-clip, a large standard blade screwdriver will work ( don't lose it, it will try to fly away), then slide the wheel off after you have jacked it up and supported the front of the tractor.

Hope this helped

Please describe how to remove back tire from lawn tractor troy built

Hello,

The back wheels are held on by a bolt threaded into the rear axle. To gain access you need to pop off the little black cap with a screwdriver, Then with a 12mm socket remove the bolt and large washer( used to hold the plastic cap), then slide the wheel off. If it wont slide off, due to corrosion ( Rust), then soak it with WD-40 or some type of penetrating oil. Note, some tractors have a keyed axle, if yours does....dont lose it, and when you reinstall the rear wheel, install the key AFTER you install the wheel. Do it from the out side NOT the inside, or it will ( could) push off when reinstalling the wheel. If that happens you wont have any drive on that side.

Hope this was helpful

I would like to change the front tires lawn mower

Remove the wheel from the mower.

Let all the air out

Lay the tire flat

Push on the tire to release the grasp on the diameter of the rim (use a malet if ou need to)

Apply soapy water to the tire and rim

Insert a standard screwdriver between the tire and rim and pry the tire over the rim in one spot

Then work the screwdriver around the rim, pulling the rest of the tire up and over as you
go

Repeat the last step for the other side of the tire, same side of the rim though!

Viola, there you have it. Shade tree mechanic at it best. And NO labor cost$$$!!!!!
