Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
When I plug the USB cable into my camera and the computer, I don't get an icon on the monitor to download the photos
Most cameras allow you to pull the photos off as if it were another hard drive assuming the camera is recognized. Right click start - then explore. Look for your camera and click on the folders until you see the photos saved. You can then cut or copy them anywhere else on your PC.

i am not sure what is the problem, but you should verify if the camera has any option for USB connection and turn it on.
