Question about Dell Studio XPS Desktop Computer
Sounds like you need to check your e mail preferences on the laptop, from what you are describing it looks like the laptop checks your e mail, sees that the messages have been downloaded or downloads the messages to the hard drive then tells the server to delete the messages. When you log back in on the desktop the desktop checks for new messages, see that certain messages have been deleted from the server then syncs the email to the server, which wipes out all the messages on the desktop.
