Kenmore 77902 gas dryer - won't heat

I have a Kenmore 77902 gas dryer that will not heat. I am looking for a diagram of where the fuses are-so I can try to replace them, then what step to do next if the fuse change won't start the heat.

SOURCE: either the thermal fuse or the ignitor on my kenmore elite gas dr

Remove the lower front cover - it has spring-loaded keepers that can be gently pryed and the panel should either hinge down or pop off. The thermal fuse and ignitor are behind this panel.

SOURCE: Kenmore gas dryer model #76812690 will not heat.

does the dryer heat initially when you first turn on the dryer Or no heat at all?

the first thing i would check is tthe thermal fuse thats located on the back of the unit. test it with a multimeter and see if it has continuity, if it doesnt then replace that and your operating thermostat. the check to be sure you venting to the outside of your house is not clogged

SOURCE: Where is the circuit breaker or fuse on a Kenmore Gas Dryer?

no heat usually means your only getting110 volts into your dryer.....you need the full 220volts to run heaters....with voltage meter you checkwires on the plug OUTLET...or inside back cover REDwire to WHITEwire =110v.........BLACKwire to WHITEwire =110v.....REDwire to BLACKwire =220v. you probably have aBAD 220V. 30 amp circut breaker..or if still using FUSES one is burnt out (In house electric panel) or burnt off RED or BLACKwire in back of dryer.....

Check for continuity at thermal fuse in back where the blower housing is located. If there is no continuity then replace fuse. If there is continuity then replace igniter.

I have a kenmore gas dryer that won`t heat, just blows air. model#97573220 75732. can u help?

some gas dryers have a fuse on the back vent line. after you take back cover off you will see a small white heat fuse with 2 small connectors if this is ok you probably need new gas control coils.
