Question about Jenn-Air JES9800A Electric Kitchen Range
I have a Jenn Air Downdraft pro-style oven. The part number is:
JD9861AAP. Recently when heating, the oven would give the F1 error code
indicating the temp sensor. I pulled the sensor and the resistance
readings were a little low at room temp (900 ohms, should be 1100 ohms)
so I replaced it. I also removed the plastic connector and attached the leads with wire nuts. Now I am getting an F3 error code when heating the ovne. The cook-top which is gas is working fine. What does this
mean and what needs to be replaced? Thanks in advance for any

Hi Zvika, when you play back the DVD on your home player you can choose to have a "menu" that will display when you load the disk to enable you to select which part of the recording you wish to view. It is like on a commercial DVD where you can choose the scene you would like to see. These menus are available in different "styles", as you see in the style options you can have different numbers of mini "windows" with a snapshot of what the scene you recorded was. If you have recorded many short movies then it is a good idea to have many "windows" to choose, or perhaps it is only one long recording you made in which case you may not want a menu (style) at all! In the example in the manual "Style 1" has 6 "windows" for you to choose when the DVD is played back. I hope this make some sense as it is difficult to explain unless you have done it before! Please update the question & let us know if the information given was useful to you - Good Luck!
