Question about Dell Latitude D620 Laptop (Latitude-C620) PC Notebook
Sounds like either a battery or motherboard problem. Try to restore the default settings in the BIOS and test the system. If this does not help try another battery to test it with your system. if the other battery works, its time to get a new battery. If the same thing happens even with a new battery, it would be a motherboard failure.
