Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
Well the "F24" error code is indicate a water temperature sensor error. There is a chance that there is a loose wire connection on the water temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is located at the rear bottom of the tub. You can gain access to the temperature sensor by removing the rear washer panel. note. Please disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the rear panel.
Be sure both the hot & cold water supply is turned on completely. Check & make sure the hot & cold fill hoses are not reversed. If further you have the same problem then you need to change the temperature sensor. Please post comments for further help or information........
