Question about Computers & Internet
Passwords are setup when you first recieve the computer. What I suggest, is that you log in as administrator (at login screen hit ctrl+alt+del) administrator as logon, with no password. IF it says account disabled, then reboot to safemode, and log in as administrator (then it will take the administrator login *with no password) - once in, you can change users passwords *which is your logon*.
If this does not work, write back.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
