Question about Canon PIXMA iP4000 InkJet Photo Printer
The printer want print color.
If you used the printer for a long time then probably the ink has run out. You should get a message like that.
If you have color ink you need to go in the printer properties and see if the "print grayscale" is checked and uncheck it.
