Question about Computers & Internet

Try this - should work
Depending on what operating system you have the way to get to device manager is different - yet necessary.
Once you search your pc -and find your DEVICE MANAGER - click on that open it and then select CD- ROM - from the list - RIGHT CLICK IT - REMOVE IT - select REMOVE - then go to your trash can or recycle bin and clean that out. - leaving everything as it is - reboot the pc - it will auto find it and put a new driver in there. Also try updating your drivers. There are many programs that will get this done but google - speccy and also CCleaner - download CCLEANER and run it - - this is a great program - then click on the registry setting and run that too. Speccy will get you what hardware you have and also help in updating. Best of it PLEASE VOTE ME UP It really makes a difference for me - and cost is FREE. Thanks

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
