Question about PC Desktops

Dead equipment usb f5d8053 wifi adapter died after a few months. How do I get past the stupid run arounds of "web help". stupid computerized non-support and get to a real person who can help me fix or replace defective cheaply made by child labor equipment without jumping through endless hoops.

Belkin USB wireless N adaptor, I would try to update the driver (did you change anything like system restore, or upgrade to vista?) - also check it on another computer to make sure it is the adaptor and not something else going on. Died is a vague term. You can get the manual and the updated drivers at:
