Ariston dishwasher, 5 years old.

The above dishwasher has worked perfectly, until recently, the tablet which we put in the tablet compartment, is still there when the cycle has finished. We have cleaned the filter and given it a rinse cleaner, but it still happens.- can you help ? Thanks

remove the door skin and check the solenoid on the dispenser it may be open circuit.if no follow the wires back to the timer/pcb the fault may be there.hope this helps.
