I just found this huge t.v in my garage, and i wanted to hook up my Xbox to it, but i can't find how to get the video screen to come up. there is no remote, and no button on the t.v for video. please help! it's a Sanyo the number on the back is DS35590

Hi sorry you are having a problem. Look on your remote for a button that says input that button will cycle you through all of the ways you can hook up a device to view on your Tv. Most newer TV have HDMI 1&2 and up three video hook ups. What ever you are using to receive the TV channels will come on once you have found the correct input. As you cycle through the inputs pause for a few seconds on each one until your TV is displaying what you want. On some remotes you may have to go to the menu button and then using the up and down button scroll to input and then follow the same steps as above.

The cable your refering too are called Component leads.
The red and white are for your audio and the remainder are the video. All you need to do is connect the component leads matching up all the colour in the correct ports then using your av/source button change the tv to component
You will still have to connect the red and white audio cable to the tv as well.
