You need the USB cable made for that phone and a copy of "Motorola Phone Tools". Both are available on Ebay. Then the phone can be used as a modem.

Hope that helps...

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

yes of course.. connect your mobile to the computer via connectivity cable, blue tooth or infrared. setup a new connection and enjoy.

note: you need to get access point settings from your network carrier. for further problem you will have to cantact your customer care of your network carrier and get help from them since all the carriers have different settings..

No 3G network using it with claro carrier

The reason your Vibrant wont get 3g with Claro in Puerto Rico, is because T Mobile broadcasts their 3G at 1700Mhz, and Claro does at 1800Mhz, like AT&T. T Mobile phones cant receive the 1800Mhz signal, so you will never be able to get 3G on T Mobile phones, unless you use T Mobile. You must get the T Mobile phones, as unbranded international phones, to be able to get 3G with Claro and AT&T.

Phone model:nokia5130 expressmusic aircel gprs

Maximum gprs speed/bandwidth is 64kbps...
that means u will get only a maximum download speed speed of 8kBps...

It depends also on network strength...
The speed is increased a bit if u can use EDGE....
But still u cant get a speed of 20+ kBps...

Hope this clarified ur doubt...

I have just bought a new motorola zn200 yesterday and it is not able to receive mp3 files from my hp pavilion dv6000 laptop through bluetooth. it starts receiving and then in the middle it disconnects....

You have amemory space of 10MB in your phone & 20 MB in mass storage device. When you transfers any files through bluetooth, it goes to phone memory. so I think this problem occured due to insufficient memory. free up your phone memory and try again.

Slow download speed in 256kbps

Hi Naveen,
The transfer rate is at its optimum for one-fourth the total connection speed.
Since your connectio is 256 hence you should be getting 60-65 average speed.
Try using DAP (DOWNLOAD ACCELERATOR) which is available free from the following site...
www.speedbit.com
Hope this works out.
Reply ASAP if it works.
Thanx.

Okay, but...

I would call Verizon directly and ask them if they allow Internet modeming. The sales stores don't always know everything, usually just the opposite.

Take care
