Windows wont start. Dont know how it happened. All i get is the dell screen (off center) with the F2 or F12 option. If i let it go it will try to boot from cd. Dont know what to do. Thank you.
Does F2 mean to enter setup or does F12 mean to enter setup, Press the particular key on the keyboard to enter setup and Go to Exit using your up-down keys on the keyboard (it varies with different motherboards) and go to Load Optimized Default then Yes and press F10 - Yes and it will automatically restart the system, if both are not displaying anything to do, restart the system and press Delete button and follow the same instructions as mentioned above. (If the BIOS screen is similar as displayed above, then just highlight the Load Optimized Default using your Up and Down Keys on the keyboard {Y for yes, Enter for OK}).. It's will boot from the hard disk as default not from the CD-rom..Good luck...

is your hard drive listed in bios ? press f2 and have a look for it
