Our heater won't light

We've recently moved into a new house and the previous owners haven't left the instruction manual. we're not sure whether it's broken or we simply aren't doing it right. when we turn the ignition knob around and then press it down we hear the clicking sound that means it's trying to ignite the pilot light but it doesn't light it. we've tried everything we can think of but nothing works. please help- it's very cold without it

You may have a blockage in the pilot orifice. You may need to remove the pilot assembly and clear any obstruction in the orifice. The end of the orifice is about the size of the tip on a straight pin. Make sure you bleed the gas line if you have not used it before. There could be air in the line. Good luck.

Manual for rt25 space heater

If you are looking for the manual to the water heater it should have been included. If you have just moved into a new house with a heater already installed, see if there are previous owner documents. If that doesn't do, the heater should have a tag with a number on it. That is the manufacturer, they should be able to provide a new manual.

Try Googling (Neff)(model)(manual) without parens for information. You may have two different models.

I'm following the instructions on my Whirlpool range to clean the oven. I've done everything the instructions said, but it won't get going. ( set the knob to clean, set start and stop knobs...

Might be a typo in the manual typically the latch is moved to the right to close and after clean is over move to the left to open. BE SURE TO REMOVE RACKS BEFORE CLEANING
