You can select organizer option from the main menu there you can get option as bluetooth. you can just bluetooth as on and transfer the data to new phone

Like many other cell phones, the Samsung Intensity (SCH U450) is Bluetooth-capable. Turning Bluetooth on and off on the Intensity is easy to do, as is configuring the phone's various Bluetooth options and setting up new connections.
To turn Bluetooth on, press the Menu button (the round button in the upper center of the numeric keypad). On the main menu screen, select the Settings & Tools submenu in the lower right hand corner. Then scroll down to item #3 (Bluetooth Menu) and select it.
If Bluetooth is currently disabled, the option in the lower left corner of the screen will say "Turn On." Press the left option button to turn Bluetooth on; you'll see a box pop up that says "Bluetooth power on." Now you can pair your phone with other Bluetooth devices, either by initiating a connection (choose Add New Device from the Bluetooth menu, or if you've paired with the device before, select it from the list of devices) or by making your phone discoverable (click the right option button, select Discovery Mode, and turn it on).
To disable Bluetooth, go back into the Bluetooth menu and just hit the left option button ("Turn Off"). A box will appear that says "Bluetooth power off."
If you're not sure if Bluetooth is on or off at any given time, just look at the status bar at the top of your Intensity's main screen. If you see the Bluetooth icon -- a sharply-angled white "B" on the blue background -- then Bluetooth is currently enabled.
1. Take your cell to a local phone shop to have the screen replaced
2. Without being able to see the screen because its broken, deactivating wifi bluetooth is next to impossible
3. Try to remove your battery to reset the cell system, this may deactive the bluetooth
i think you can plug in these phones to the AV in your TV and can get a picture that way. you need the accessory AV cable to proceed though.
sorry doesnt answer the exact question, but if you can get a picture that way, you can then navigate to bluetooth yourself, and backup your data before getting the screen replaced.
Hello! The same thing happened to me, but through the Nokia website, by miracle I found a demo on turning on Bluetooth on this phone!! Press the menu button (central button). Go Left (you will get to settings). Press the central button. Go down 6 times (you will get to connectivity). Press the central button. Press the central button again (you will have clicked on "bluetooth") Go down once. Press the central button.
Now bluetooth is on.
Make sure bluetooth is on on your mac. You need to open "iSync" on mac to get your contacts. Open "iSync" from the Applications folder on your mac. Select from the top-bar menu "device" then "add device..." A new window will open which will be scanning for new devices. If the light on your phone switches on again, it will be asking you whether you want to connect to the computer. Press the central button to accept. When the computer finds the phone, double-click on it. Press "sync devices" on the original window of "iSync". Your phone's light might switch on again: press the central button to accept.
When I tried this it needed some trial and error but in the end it worked! Mostly it was about the phone probably asking me to confirm that I wanted to connect, and me not knowing!
