Just go to start then click run
command prompt will appear
check in my computer if which drive your flash drive was
back to command prompt, type <your flash drive's letter><followed by colon>
dir /ah then enter! ( the folders should appear if it really hidden)
then type this command:
attrib /s /d -h -s -a
it should work...

If i am right, your Flash is infected by virus and so files or folders are hidden, to unhide the hidden files and folders, you need to do a little trick or simple as the settings. Here we go.. Insert the flash drive - Open it in Windows Explorer - Click on the Tools on the Menu - Select Folder options - Click on the View Tab - next scroll down and select the Show Hidden Files - and again just below the show hidden files, you will see another option which is checked Hide Protected Operating Files, uncheck it and click yes.
