shelf system has all functions operating except that the tray will not open when button is pressed..mechanical error is all that was displayed...anybody know which device it is which has to be replaced?

WizTienes que abrir el aparato y cambiar la banda de impulsion de la bandeja y darle mantenimiento al mecanismo del cd.
